Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Each tea blend is handcrafted with care, so processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons.

We currently ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Please check your tracking first. If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery, contact us and we’ll assist as best we can.

 Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used herbal teas.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items once the issue has been reviewed and approved.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before completing checkout. Truth N Roots is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly. If you need guidance, we’re happy to help.
