While navigating health challenges later associated with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), I felt called to look beyond quick fixes and reconnect with a more intuitive, holistic path to healing. One that honored the body’s natural rhythms and trusted the gentle power of plant medicine.

Through herbs, I found grounding. Through tea, I found ritual.
